1. Historic Charleston
Historic Charleston is full of luxury homes some dating back to the 1700’s. The Historic District has the highest concentration of million-dollar homes in our area. I don’t know about you, but I enjoy looking at these old houses. Living in downtown, historic Charleston, you have shops, parks and restaurants within easy walking / biking distance.

2. Isle of Palms
Isle of Palms, SC is home to some great luxury beach and waterfront homes. This family friendly island has shops, restaurants and kid-friendly activities.

Sullivan’s Island is the top-end residential island in Charleston. Several Hollywood celebrities and a few sports stars have second homes on the island. It’s a very peaceful place with lots of upscale homes and some enchanting historic homes. Sullivan’s is my top spot of luxury neighborhoods if you want to be on a beach island oozing with charm and serenity.
4. Delightful Daniel Island
Daniel Island, SC is a great spot for those wanting a luxury country club setting with private golf, tennis, and aquatic center. It’s a very thoughtfully planned out community where you can live, work and play without having to leave the island. The community is very bike and golf cart friendly.
Daniel Island is strategically located close to N. Charleston, historic Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the airport.
5. Mount Pleasant
Mt. Pleasant, SC – When I tell people I live in Mount Pleasant, SC they usually say, “Where?” If I say I live “near Charleston, SC” they usually say, “Wow – you’re so lucky!” Yes, indeed I am very lucky to live in this desirable area. In Mount Pleasant, we enjoy high quality of life due to close proximity to beaches, downtown Charleston, abundant parks, shopping and restaurants. It is a vibrant community that is a wonderful place to live, work and play. Mt. Pleasant is home to some really great high-end neighborhoods, due to its waterfront.
